I'm really not messing around when I say these biscuits were the easiest thing anyone could ever make. The cupboards were bare one rainy weekend, all we had in the house were tea bags and milk that were crying out for some biscuit dunking. So I went on a mission to find the most simple recipe online for some home cookin'.
With just 3 ingredients, you can have warm, fresh-from-the oven shortbread bites to serve with a cuppa in under an hour. Heaven.
I've been thinking about making up a few jam jars full of shortbread bites, with some nice tartan ribbon to give as gifts during the festive period. The cheapest, simplest and most thoughtful gift. I'll have to share photos on here.
