Brighton Lush Lock-in: a whole night of firsts

Fifi McGee // Brighton Lush Bloggers Event

Thought I'd share some photos of the Brighton Lush Lock-in event I arrived very late to last weekend. Let me tell you, it was a WHOLE NIGHT OF FIRSTS. I mean, I made my own soap.

My own SOAP! Don't know about you but I can't think of a better way to spend a Friday evening than being surrounded by aromas of bubblegums, lavenders and bergamot, chowing down on mince pies and bucks fizz whilst learning how to make your own bath bomb.

Hang on, is it a bath bomb or a bar of soap? Either way, the little bundle of joy will be making its way into a boiling hot bath this weekend. Will report back on twitter

Here's some photo updates on the eve.

Here's us cutting up our soap mixture. Looks good enough to eat.

Sadly we haven't quite mastered the art like the Lush pros.

This bad boy is on my wish list. I'm just a sucker for camomile.

Thanks Lush Brighton lasses, for opening your doors to us crazy bloggers for the evening. Why not give them a like on Facebook? (oh and me while you're at it, I'm all new to it!).

And a very special ta to Lyndsay & Sami for organising the event. High fives all round :)

I've almost reached 250 followers across GFC & Bloglovin, will you help me get there? :)
